Who I Am?

My name is Charles Power, and I’ve spent the last decade in the trenches of sales—mortgage, real estate, solar, and beyond. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that sales is never about just hustling harder. It’s about working smarter, building systems, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Like many in this industry, I used to rely on spreadsheets, sticky notes, and generic CRMs that never quite fit my process. Time and time again, I found myself creating my own workarounds, hacking together tools, and building custom solutions just to stay ahead. Every time I wanted more deals, I had to reinvent the wheel.

Eventually, I realized something important:
If I was tired of duct-taping CRMs together, other business owners and sales professionals must be too.

That’s where Sales On Demand was born.

Why I Started Sales On Demand?

I built this business out of necessity, not theory. I know the frustration of lost leads, missed follow-ups, and deals dying simply because the system wasn’t built for the way real salespeople actually work.

So instead of just fixing it for myself, I turned my experience in sales and my determination to figure out the new tech into a complete solution for others. Now, I help businesses streamline their lead generation, automate their follow-up, and scale their sales—without having to be a tech expert.
